From machine OEM manufacturing to end-product processing needs, TAI-YEN evaluates each project based on the customer’s product, materials, drawings, and production requirements. For suitable applications, we further plan the processing method, equipment configuration, and process conditions to provide flexible manufacturing and production support.
Machine OEM Manufacturing
Based on equipment specifications, product requirements, and production conditions, we provide OEM machine manufacturing and mechanical integration. Existing designs can be supported, or equipment, molds, fixtures, and related processing units can be configured according to actual process requirements.
Product Processing & Process Evaluation
For end-product processing requirements, we evaluate feasibility based on product materials, structure, dimensions, processing methods, and expected production volume. Once the equipment and process conditions are confirmed to be suitable, we can further plan prototyping, processing, and subsequent production methods.
